Application Form - Wholesale & Institutional Investors

This form may only be used if you a Wholesale Investors under the Australian Corporations Act 2001. Emerging Markets Advisors accepts Wholesale Investors that meet the following criteria:

a.      Make an investment of at least USD1,000,000 or

b.      Have a certificate from a qualified accountant stating the following:

·       Have a gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least USD1,000,000 or

·       Have or control gross assets of at least USD10 million or more.

In this form references to ‘I’, ‘me’, ‘my’ and ‘you’ apply to each applicant, and where applicable, to each signatory.
